We can ship to any address in Australia. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. We will always do our best to ensure your order is processed and packaged in a timely manner. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, weight and location.

Returns & Exchanges

When first ordering from Boho Luxe Hair we understand it may be difficult to colour match from your screen and we know you want your hair NOW. If you do order the wrong colour hair extensions and notify us within 14 days of delivery, a replacement may be provided after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened or used. Keep in mind when choosing your colour Hair Extensions, it is recommended that they cannot be lightened or bleached however can be toned darker, cooler, warmer etc using only salon professional hair colour by a professional stylist.

Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products classed as human products they restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions, the product must be returned within 14 days in an UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the tops of the weft extensions cannot be broken or removed. All packaging and or gifts must be returned. Due to these hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product. If you do need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return email: boholuxehair@gmail.com . We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. If however the hair packaging is opened then there will be no replacement or an option for a return as this is a hygiene risk. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. This is a standard practise across our industry. If we do authorise hair to be returned, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and the postage costs of the replacement item. We recommend that you send your returned item with a tracking option, we will not be held responsible for loss of returns, the replacement item will NOT be sent out until the returned item is received.

In the rare experience you have a quality issue with your Boho Luxe Hair Extensions upon delivery you must bring it to our attention within 14 days from delivery.  A replacement or full refund may be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions are faulty. 

We cannot refund or exchange extensions that have been installed, worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical, or hair colouring product. They must be returned with all original packaging.

As a Boho Luxe Hair stockist it is at the discretion of you the hairdresser to properly inform your clients of the correct home hair care and warranty terms & conditions. We highly suggest the use of a take home "maintenance & care guide" and a client agreement form, we are happy to provide assistance with this if needed email: boholuxehair@gmail.com

All Boho Luxe Hair shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, however if you have not received your order and the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the correct address, please contact the postage service provider. We will not be held accountable for the delivery provider’s error or lost or stolen orders.

If you are a Hair Extension Specialist and have purchased Boho Luxe Hair Extensions but your client has changed their mind, you must return (express post) the item unopened to us within 14 days of purchasing it, and we will replace the item or give you an in-store credit. You are liable for all postage costs of returning the item and you are also liable if the package is lost in transit. We advise you to get a deposit from your client prior to their appointment so situations such as this do not have effect on your business.

Boho Luxe Hair Extensions may experience high levels of demand, and may become out of stock after you have purchased them. This may delay the order by 1-3 weeks. If this happens you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours and given the option of putting the order on hold until the item is back in stock, or we can process a full refund, or you can choose a different item or colour that is in stock and of the same value and we will send that out instead.
